Mitch has 30 years of experience in the legal, finance, and venture fields. He is a founding partner of Profluence Capital.

He previously founded Merida Capital Holdings where they have invested $350 million and made 75+ investments across several funds. Similar to the landscape Profluence is navigating in sports/tech/media, Mitch founded Merida to drive returns through a fund focused on emerging cannabis IP and technology (Merida has had 12 exits since inception). 

Throughout his career, Mitch held general counsel, compliance, and investment banking roles at MarketAxess, Pali Capital, ACGM Inc, and Cavu Securities.

Mitch is a 1996 graduate of Brandeis University (2-sport athlete) and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1999. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts Bars and formerly held FINRA 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
